The National Children's Cancer Society helps provide financial and emotional assistance for families who are affected by children's cancer. Their pediatric oncology program helps families over the course of the child's treatment while their 'Beyond the Cure' program helps survivors adapt and cope after they have been diagnosed with cancer.



To help, the NCCS helps pay for more than medical bills:

• Helping families with hotel expenses, sibling care, and travel expenses beyond the medical bills themselves to help reduce the grave load imparted on the parents.
• Having people on the phone to help--even if parents just need an ear that can listen
• Providing scholarships for survivors so that they can move on to college with increased success
